The DM7 features eight quality drum pads with a collection of over 400 sounds including crushing bass drums, cracking snares, melodic toms and shimmering cymbals. The snare pad is triple zone, the crash is chokeable and the kit has USB connectivity. The practice and lesson features are ideal to help beginners or those looking to improve their skills.

Authentic, Natural Feel

The DM7 USB Kit has five natural feeling velocity sensitive drum pads designed to withstand the heaviest hitters and capture the subtleties of performance. The responsive rubber surfaces are quiet and resilient so you won't wake the neighbours!

The three cymbal pads are equally impressive with the ability to stop or choke the sound by grabbing the pad. This is a technique often used by drummers and isn't always available in electronic drum kits.

Easy To Use

The Alesis DM7 will have you pounding out beats in no time. A user friendly layout lets you easily scroll through the 50 presets and choose from more than 400 individual sounds. The 52 internal songs are great to play along to and you can even connect your iPod and play along with your own favourite tracks. Record up to 10 performances and then listen back to improve or show your mates.

As you improve you can create up to 30 custom drum kits suited to your own range of styles. The DM7 has USB connectivity so can be used with your favourite music software, recording straight to play and record straight to your computer.

Simple Set-Up

The DM7 ships with a pre-assembles rack that lets you get playing quick. Four ports give the kit a solid foundation that won't move away as you play. The pads are fastened using large wingbolts and the cymbal arms feature mini boom tilters for flexibility and the kick pad is equipped with retractable spurs to keep it secure.
