Born from an appreciation of the ABM line, the Ashdown Shavo Head 22 Signature 600w Bass Head is a superb collaboration between Ashdown and System of a Down bassist Shavo Odadjian. With a 600 Watt power section fed from a 12AX7 in the preamp stage, there is plenty of volume available - enough to blow your face off.
Three features take centre stage: a simple one-knob compressor, a sub-harmonic generator, and a nine band-EQ. They're all footswitch-enabled, giving you powerful tone switching options on the fly. The compressor and incredible expansive EQ both ensure that you've got a massive range of tone shaping potential. It's bold. And it's ready for action. The Shavo Head 22 features a 12AX7 tube in the preamp section, which gives it tonnes of tonal goodness. Known for its insane power, the 12AX7 helps to deliver some serious volume, and along with the 600W power section, it will take your bass tone to a whole different level.
Bursting with energy. When you plug into this powerful tool, you'll be blown away by its incredible response to your playing. Whether you want low, booming basslines or tight, crunchy, mid-heavy riffs, you'll find it can handle the lot. Each note you play will have plenty of definition and presence. Take control

This amp has a massive - yet intuitive - nine band EQ section, handing you the ultimate control over tone. It's dynamic, too. With both tube and solid state volume pots to switch between, you'll have even more sonic options to play with.
