The Peavey Invective 212 features two different speakers for a complex blend of tones with wonderful nuance when fed different sounds. The Celestion Vintage 30 is a classic speaker that has a mid-focussed rock tone with a vocal and melodic quality. The Creamback G12H-75 has a tight and punchy low/high end that is the ideal tonal contrast to the Vintage 30. Between the two speakers you'll find a complementary sound with a full tonal response that is perfect for the versatile range of the Peavey Invective 120 head.
Stereo or Mono Operation
Dual 1/4'' inputs allow you to use the Invective 212 in either stereo or mono operation. When used in stereo, 60 watts either side at 8 ohms is achievable and gives you the unique tonal signatures of the separate speakers. In mono, the Invective 212 delivers 120 watts of power at 16 ohms and gives a complex tone with great power and an authoritative sound.
Road Ready Construction
The Invective 212's chassis is constructed from pine with finger joints. The cab is covered in rugged tolex and features a strong carry handle and corner protection to last a lifetime on the road.
