Fender's incredible American Standard series is back in 2012 and this Telecaster is amongst the set. With its Jade Pearl Metallic colour, you can rock out in a new way thanks to new upgrades. The American Standard Series brings Fender's iconic set of guitars which everyone know and love; the four archetypal instruments that have rocked the world for more than half a century, the Telecaster, the Stratocaster, the Precision Bass and Jazz Bass.

Enjoy a comfortable play with this guitar, thanks to its upgraded body contour. This telecaster features an upgraded tone, now with classic-sounding Fender Custom Shop Pickups, with a Twisted Tele pickup in the neck and a Broadcaster pickup in the bridge.

The 2012 American Standard Telecaster possesses an Alder body with the New American Standard bent steel saddles and stamped brass plate on the bridge. It has a 3-position pickup switch and master volume and master Delta Toneknobs.

The Telecaster has been an iconic guitar model through the ages, making its way into country, rock and jazz genres. These days, it's also incorporated into more heavy music.
