The Bach 18 Tuba Mouthpiece really is for everyone. It has become Bach's best selling tuba mouthpiece because of its ability to cater for all the ranges with an even and beautiful tone. This means that it is also suitable for both the lyrical high writing for an Eb tuba and is also able to play pedals on a Bb tuba nice and easily.
Medium-Wide Rim Shape
The 18 Mouthpiece has a medium-wide rim size, which is applicable to next to all brass players. This allows the lips to move correctly on high and low notes without it being too small thus cutting the lips, or too wide that it restricts high notes.
Medium Throat
