The A20 shares the same features as its cousin the 'A15', minus an all solid Cedar wood top and Rosewood back that provide differences in tone and projection. The guitar is fitted with a Spanish Heel Neck joint, a feature that is often considered one of the most intricate parts of classical guitar construction.

The joint contributes massively to the guitar's overall sound, providing more depth and resonance, a trait that is indispensable to the classical guitarist.
