Give the performance of a lifetime with the unique ML body shape of this guitar. Designed by Dean Zelinski in 1977, it maximises sustain thanks to its large surface area, resulting in a fuller tone. The mahogany it has been crafted from then offers an abundance of both practical and tonal qualities. Whilst being comfortable to hold, it is also exceptionally sturdy and durable. These are compelling attributes for not only the body, but the neck too, which has also been constructed from mahogany. Play with any amount of aggression knowing the Dean ML Select Fluence can handle it and thrive.
By emphasising the lower and mid range frequencies, mahogany offers a wonderfully warm tone with brilliant grind and bite. It is perfect for annihilating amplification and building upon with electrifying overtones. The Tune-o-matic bridge then ensures you have pristine intonation and sublime sustain, so you can project a truly immaculate tone.

Mounted onto the V shaped set neck is an exquisite ebony fretboard. Thanks to its naturally high oil content, ebony showcases a gloriously smooth finish which therefore gives you heightened playability.
