And no matter which preset you're using, the handy FX Mute pedal gives you instant hands-free control over switching your effects on and off.
The FX 300 is more than an effects processor. This powerful device also functions as a powerful and intuitive 2-channel mixer. Boasting dedicated channels for microphones and instruments, you can optimise your sound with ease.
The microphone channel features an input that's capable of accommodating both dynamic and condenser microphones thanks to switchable +48V phantom power. You can plug in via XLR or 1/4'' connectors thanks to the XLR-1/4'' combo connector. There's also a handy high-pass filter available, so you can remove any unwanted low-frequency content from your microphone signal. Perfect for preventing that detrimental 'mud' from having too many bass and low-mid sounds in your overall mix.
Then there's your instrument channel. With a low-noise instrument input with a high-impedance design, this channel is ideal for acoustic guitars, bass guitars, and other instruments too. You can enjoy plenty of headroom, so you don't have to worry about your signals becoming distorted. This channel also features an additional FX loop so you can implement your own effects with ease.
Each channel features dedicated controls for FX Send, Gain, and Tone, so you can fine-tune your sound with ease directly from the front panel. Your effect preset can be selected by the 16-section rotary control on the right, whilst the overall output can be set with the Mix Out control below it. And if you want to completely mute your signal, simply hit the second pedal labelled Mute All. It's as easy as that. Complete with convenient signal indicators and the potential to provide up to 5 hours of operation when using a 9V battery (can also be powered by an external 9V PSU, batteries and PSU not included), you can perform with confidence night after night.
