The San Francisco Semi Acoustic Guitar by Gear4music is inspired by the San Francisco Sound of the 1960's and 1970's, both in looks and sound. With a stunning offset body, with a classic wine red finish showing a flamed Maple underneath, this guitar will really stand out on stage. Finished off with a classic scratch plate, tune-o-matic bridge, Rosewood fretboard and chrome hardware, this guitar would look equally as home in the 60's as it would today.
The Gear4music San Francisco is equipped with two covered humbuckers, and volume and tone controls for both pickups, giving a classic sound. This versatile guitar has an array of tones, with a great sustain. This guitar has a truly versatile sound, flick the pickup selector switch to the bridge pickup and you will achieve a chiming 'West Coast' jangle, but switch it to the neck pickup and you will get a beefy bluesy growl.
