Powerful and versatile, the Behringer KOBOL EXPANDER is an authentic reproduction of the original "Kobol Expander" circuitry from the 70s, this synthesizer captures the true essence of vintage analog sound. Known as France's answer to the Minimoog, the mono synth the EXPANDER is based on has seen use from Jean-Michel Jarre, Hans Zimmer, Peter Gabriel, Depeche Mode, Vince Clarke, and Vangelis.

One of the standout features of the KOBOL EXPANDER is its unique 4-pole VCF (Voltage-Controlled Filter) design.
