DISC Image Line Gross Beat

The Image Line Gross Beat is a real-time audio gating, glitch, and repeat tool for FL Studio. Featuring a 2-bar rolling buffer, Gross beat offers 36 user-definable time and volume envelopes to produce repeats, scratches, stutters and more with unlimited creative control.

Control Gross Beat live or automate for precise changes in effect. Simply choose from the user-defined envelopes to switch on the fly, or link to a keyboard, pad or automation source. User-defined envelopes can be set to momentary, return to base, or hold modes on a per-preset basis so your performance is dynamic while retaining consistency. For further performance control, preset-change synchronization can be set from immediate up to 4 beats.

In addition to the gating possibilities of Gross Beat's 36 spline envelopes are a selection of 36 separate gating and volume effects. Produce a range of internal side-chain effects that don't require an external audio source. It's as simple as choosing from one of the ducking-style presets and enjoying instant side-chain pumping.
